Our Luxembourg Road Freight team is looking for a Transport Specialist—Road Freight Department.

Your Role: Delivering Care & Coordination

With your focus on precision, communication, and operational excellence, you are at the forefront of customer service and satisfaction. What we are looking for:

Customer-Centric Dispatching: You are responsible for the daily dispatching and steering of national and international transport.
Client Partnership & Trust: You act as the primary professional contact for our customers and transport partners, developing long-term relationships based on transparency and trust.
Active Freight Coordination: You handle the sale and organization of partial (LTL) and full (FTL) truckload shipments.
Partner Management: You commission and guide transport sub-contractors, ensuring they meet our high service standards.
Route & Space Optimization: You plan and purchase cargo space based on economic efficiency and route feasibility.
Documentation Oversight: You manage the creation and verification of all necessary freight and transport documents.

Experienced Specialist: You bring professional experience in national and international long-distance dispatching.
Calm Communicator: You possess strong negotiation skills and maintain a cool head and excellent communication, even in hectic situations.

Team Integration: You are an open-minded personality who works well within a collaborative team environment.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, German is a plus, any other additional languages are a significant advantage.
